So my cousin Cambell is lead singer in the Christchurch Metal band Tainted.A few weeks ago they were nominated for a comp that The Rock.fm were running to open for Iron Maiden's gig in Chch. Naturaly they won and will be on stage before Iron Maiden at the Westpac Arena Sun 22nd Feb 09.
So If you are a metal fan get down there to support them, tickets seem resonably cheap and the Maiden always rock the house.
